1. Who we are. These terms cover www.tempesthealthagency.com and the services of Tempest Health Solutions LLC, doing business as Tempest Health Agency ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Age. You must be 18 or older to use our services.

3. What we do. We are a licensed insurance agency, not an insurance carrier. Every sale is made by a licensed agent. Plans are issued by third-party carriers and administrators and are subject to their terms, underwriting and availability. Not every plan is available in every state. Information on this site is general and is not an offer of coverage. Quotes depend on your answers, the plan you choose and the carrier's rules.

4. Contacting you. When you send us a form or give us your contact details, you allow us and licensed agents working for us to call or e-mail you about your request. We send texts and use automated calling only if you check the separate, optional consent box. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw consent at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Call recording. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and compliance. By staying on a call after the notice, you agree to recording.

6. Text messages. Program: Tempest Health Agency text messages about your quote, enrollment, policy service and appointments. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, or call 1-888-673-1264. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile information with third parties for their marketing.

7. Your information. You agree that what you tell us is true and complete. Wrong information can change quotes, eligibility or coverage.

8. Fees. Some plans carry an enrollment or membership fee set by the carrier. We tell you about any fee before you are charged.

9. Using the site. Do not misuse the site, try to access it without permission, submit someone else's information without authority, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

10. Content. The site's text, images and logo belong to Tempest Health Solutions LLC or its licensors. Do not copy them without written permission.

11. Other sites. Links to carriers and other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites.

12. No warranty. The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limit of liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.

14. Florida law. These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts for Palm Beach County, Florida.

15. Changes. We may update these terms. The new version appears here with a new effective date.
